The Design Process

Initial Meeting
We will come to your home and sit with you so that we can understand your needs. We will measure the space to be renovated and take pictures of that existing space. Also, we will try to determine an overall budget for your project thus designing within that budget.

At the Office
From that meeting, we will initially attempt to meet the needs and goals which you laid out. Drawing and designs will be created. Samples will be put together in order to help you to finalize the project.

The Second Meeting(s)
We will bring drawings, samples and time scheduling. All work must comply with local ordinances and building codes. From this moment until the beginning of the project, these are vital in order to ensure your expectations of this project. Communications throughout the process is extremely important.

Our Final Meeting
We will draft a construction agreement designed together so that your expectations are met. Much detail is included in this process because we want to put into writing your dreams and visions. This step finalizing all major steps such as cabinetry and appliances and smaller steps such as trim designs and paint colors.

The Construction Process
You will be assigned a project superintendent. That person is your hands on person who works with you to guide the project to its completion. Your 100% satisfaction is vital to Sinks -n- Tubs.
